A profoundly reliable, professional and highly accomplished individual who upholds the highest of engineering standards with 9 years experience in the Royal Navy as a Lead Engineering Technician (Nuclear Submarines). Highly experienced in operation, maintenance and training delivery on a multitude of high pressure, complex engineering systems – strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures - frequently in high tension environments with below optimal conditions. Holding an acute ability to adapt to ever changing situations whilst maintaining the same high standards and deliver impeccable results safely, often exceeding expectations of Peers and Senior Leaders alike.An ambitious and enthusiastic person with skills and competencies that vary from: High Pressure System operations including the use of HP/IP/LP pumps, maintenance and re-commissioning of mechanical systems integrated with managing Safe Systems of Work, to leadership and management of a team of up to 10 people; often having to find ways to keep them invigorated and driven in a calm and controlled manner after long periods away from home. These are skills that I have honed over the last 8 years to great effect.
