In June of 2021, the firm expanded to include an industrial arm focused on finding low coverage land opportunities and industrial development in the Inland Empire in Southern California. ---------------I was primarily responsible for managing the underwriting, due diligence, and closing aspects of the acquisition process, as well as overseeing and coordinating all asset management, from design/construction management and property management to leasing and loan financing. I also assisted the 5-Ronin Partners in screening potential acquisitions and pitching capital. As the first employee at the firm, I supported the initial launch of the company, managing all of business operations, such as setting up entities, banking, and company benefits. I also created and managed firm budgets and cashflows both internally and at the GP investment level.

As a vertically integrated leader in the industry, they source, entitle, design, finance, develop, renovate, lease, manage and sell real estate investments on behalf of many well-known institutional clients.---------------As an analyst for SteelWave, I was primarily responsible for the financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting of major commercial real estate deals in the Orange County and San Diego area. I also assisted in the asset management of all SteelWave owned and operated projects in the region. This included working on the acquisition, leasing, property management, and construction of all deals.
