Executive Manager with responsibility of developing & managing commercial opportunities associated with the award of International O&M/Consultancy Contracts. This portfolio is based upon commercial experience in the management of DBO/O&M/consultancy contracts including financial modelling, commercial assessment, legal/risk management reviews, joint venture development to support business returns. Responsibilities include all strategic development of the business, all commercial activities, regulatory compliance, CAPEX & OPEX management, supply chain management, H&S responsibilities, succession planning & legal representative on all aspects of the business. Increased turnover & PBIT by maximising income by successful award of new contracts but reducing expenditure in terms of OPEX (including manpower reductions). Ownership & delivery of ISO9001 & OHSAS18001 across the business units during tenure while preparation of a platform for ISO14001.
