- Training each Operator, Technician, and Engineer on Safety including chemical safety.- Area Safety Rep working with EHS department on risk assessments and safety training development.- Writing operational manuals, SOP’s, training documentation and safety procedures.- Identifying training gaps and developing systems to combat them, including a software system which tracks, monitors and highlights non conformance's. - Developing IPAQ (Inspection Procedure Acceptance Criteria).- Developing Audit Schedule / Audit templates for the department on ISO and Safety.

- Management of the new product for the Manufacturing Area.- Managing Inventory of the product to reduce cost.- Testing and Developing New revisions of the product- Managing Qualification, Scheduling Qualifications and completing Margin studies- Designing procedures for testing of the NPI, including writing technical documents for the implementation of the product to the manufacturing floor until it hit market release.

• I worked in Hewlett Packard as a manufacturing associate in a clean room environment, following clean room protocol on computerised production line. Working as part of a team or on my own. • I supervised accurate process, reacting to any changes in process, assessing risk, implementing and recording necessary corrections according to Good Manufacturing Practice. • Tested finished parts and made necessary adjustment according to operating procedures. Testing parts in accordance with SOP's, inspecting parts under the scope for possible failures, managing batch sizes and making sure the quality of the product is up to highest standards. Shipping finished parts using S.A.P
