- Our team is responsible for the administrative operations of the Insurance Directorate. The Insurance Directorate supervises approximately 200 life, non-life and reinsurance companies authorised by the CBI.- Our team also undertakes business data analysis on behalf of the Insurance Directorate. This involves working with colleagues across the CBI on the design and implementation of new sociotechnical systems and processes. - Our team is responsible for editing and publishing the Insurance Directorate's Quarterly Insurance Newsletter.- From January 2021 - September 2023 I was a member of the CBI Behaviour & Culture Project Team that designed and delivered the new BCR Framework. Since July 2022 I've continued to assist with the implementation of our bespoke new method for the supervision of Behavioural & Cultural Risk in Irish authorised financial services firms.

Communications Workstream Manager on the Solvency II Implementation Project. Management of external and internal communication activities relating to the project. Publication of the monthly Solvency II Matters newsletter, monthly meetings with industry stakeholders, organization of industry briefing events, and internal communications activities.

Central Bank of Ireland coordinator for European Insurance & Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) and the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) activity. Analysis of International & National insurance developments e.g. ComFrame, G-SIIs, Insurance Guarantee Schemes, EIOPA Board of Supervisors/Management Board activities. Central Bank representative on the EIOPA Task Force on Insurance Guarantee Schemes.
