I voluntarily set up and continue to manage Hughie Morrison’s Summerdown Stables social media accounts in my spare time. I have a passion for sport and visit their yard as often as I can to take as much footage as I can to then edit and upload online, providing regular updates for his owners, friends and followers to engage with. It’s essential to keep everyone up to date and stay relevant in a fast and busy environment.

For the best part of two years, I have been managing several contracts at our Reading site with the responsibility of helping my team hit our KPI’s while also meeting the DHL standards that ensure we keep our colleagues safe and happy at work. In this role I’ve been given the opportunity to complete various in-house training courses across their CSCS and CSCM curriculum to assist in my personal development as an employee and manager.
