My early career I have completed 4 Years in Dundalk Institute of Technology were I was awarded with a BA in Computer Applications and Support and BA (Hons) In IT Management I have since delved into the IT industry.Within my first year in the IT industry, I quickly became a key member of the IT Support team within a fast growing company in Boylesports.This fast paced and hands on environment has been beneficial to my growth in this field.I am now in my 2nd year in the field and have began a new challenge in a Service Desk role within pTools. Strong retail background with experience in Lidl as a Customer Assistant, Store-Responsible Person and trainee manager, this aided in my interpersonal skills for the IT industry and also my problem management.

I was part of a team of four who began to create and set up 3 of the first eSports events on these shores. Included in this position were all forms of event organization, marketing and the social media element. Also the management of the event on the day and making sure it was a fun and safe environment for fans and players. Troubleshooting was also important, learned many different techniques from a Network engineer. The gaining of sponsorship's to endorse prizes from gaming companies and others like Monster energy drinks. I also co-commentated some of the games where it was streamed world wide to fans who could not attend the event in Dublin. This experience was extremely beneficial that I was exposed to this at a young age so I could further develop my skills.
