Starting off from a department of one managing SEO and PPC for hotel clients, I oversaw the expansion of the department to a team of 10 in multiple markets around Europe & USA. The core service developed from basic SEO and PPC to include advanced PPC on Google, Bing & Yahoo, Yandex & Seznam, Social Media strategy and advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn, plus video advertising on Youtube. As well as being a Google Ads certified professional, I have continuously kept my skills up to date through ongoing research and seminars. This research has enabled me to write articles in various trade magazines on behalf of the company and to organize and present a variety of workshops on PPC & SEO to clients across multiple markets.Key Duties included:◆Organising the Digital Marketing team to successfully manage all aspects of client campaigns◆Planning, implementing, scheduling and delivering successful digital campaigns◆Creating and updating SOP documentation◆Motivating, mentoring and training the team to ensure progression and growth◆Developing & reviewing KPIs for optimum team performance◆Upselling and cross selling to clients according to their needs◆Nurturing client relationships with a focus on growth & retention◆Managing partner programs with Google & Facebook◆Developing, pricing & promoting new products & projects◆Keeping up to date on current and emerging trends◆Presenting workshops & seminars, plus writing articles on best practices◆Reporting to the executive team on a regular basis.

This role involved managing a sub team of 4 digital marketing specialists in multiple markets, while also managing my own portfolio of clients. Key duties also included developing PPC strategies and best practices for the whole digital marketing department.
