Led Gainsight PX product through 300+% growth in first year post acquisition

Led a $500M product line of all Box's end user applications, including the web experience, Box Drive (desktop), Mobile (9 apps), Box Notes, and Partner Integrations. A couple of cool things that happened during my tenure:- Tripled applications product team size and recruited group leads / directors for each of the platforms - Increased Box Notes usage 40% through UX and quality improvements- Increased mobile usage 40% through ML based notifications- Brought to GA several multi-year initiatives including the replatforming of our web application, and our desktop streaming application, Box Drive

Remember when Neil Young drove his electric car on stage at Dreamforce? That was my team! We did things like build the site for LincVolt, showcasing the car's stats on the force.com platform for it's cross country journey. Probably the most fun job I ever had, I was the designer on the team that built the first of many things. Other amazing projects included a facebook fan management app run on salesforce, launching an interactive Twitter app when their API first launch that showed geofenced mentions from the audience on stage in a larger than life Dreamforce interactive pre-show installation, and built the first social media application for Service Cloud showing tweets and facebook posts to call center agents and arguably influencing some of salesforce most important early acquisitions. Sole designer and UI engineer responsible for design of all Dreamforce and product launch demos and presentations. UI / UX design, concept design, PPT design, vendor management, web development, demo script creation, social media management, and sales engineering. - Granted 7 patents for work in this role.
