Experienced professional in a variety of fields, I like to say it's the spice of my life. I am trained in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills through the Organizational Leadership program at Wright State University. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through listening to the details and giving support. I learned more about myself and how to better interact with guests through the Disney College Program and the hospitality program at Sinclair Community College. I am skilled in customer experience, business development, and making people smile. I have 10 years of front of house service experience and 5 years of customer facing retail experience, with 3 years of total leadership within that time. In 2021 I decided to get into a passion field of mine; technology. I pursued front end web development at Cincinnati State Technical College and have been independently learning since. I am currently pursuing a position that lines up with my morals and vision for growth. I enjoy an open environment that supports inclusion and recycling. I talk about traveling, movies, and mindfulness way too much; my cats don't seem to mind though.
