From Q1 2012 - when the first APJ was launched - and Q2 2016 when the administration left office 175,000 extra people were in employment.The APJ model has now been adopted across several Government Department's.

Was appointed by the Party Leader in 2010 as Director of Election Planning & Strategy ahead of the 2011 General Election (GE). Conceived of and developed the 2011 GE platform for Fine Gael - The 5 Point Plan - and worked directly with the Party's political Director of Elections and Election committee to deliver an integrated and co-ordinated multi platform campaign. The 2011 GE delivered a record result in terms of seats and votes for Fine Gael who went on to lead the next government.
