As Marketing Project Manager at Shaw Contract, I am responsible for managing key marketing and business projects to ensure brand awareness and marketing effectiveness. In this multi-faceted role, I am involved in many business-wide projects - responsible for planning new product introductions into the Australia & New Zealand market, maintaining digital ERP and CRM systems, developing automated forecasting solutions, sales and inventory analysis, overseeing new product laboratory testing and inventory logistics management. I am also responsible for the management of our sampling services in Australia, supervising and coaching this team to ensure efficient and cost-effective outcomes. A key part of this role is a strong financial understanding and the identification and implementation of improved policies and systems which reduce costs and increase efficiency. Established to deliver project management and bespoke services, Hays Assessment & Development supports your current workforce and recruitment activities.As a Project Administrator within the Hays Assessment & Development team, I assisted in administration of recruitment campaigns and supported the delivery of a wide range of unbundled, tailored services. Assisting the Project Manager and Project Coordinator, I helped to deliver bespoke, unbundled and end-to-end recruitment campaigns for large Australian Public Sector clients. This involved conducting high volume phone screening, managing candidate correspondence, utilising MS Office to capture and track candidate data, managing assessment centre schedules and flight itineraries, liaising with the client and proactively reacting to problems as they occurred.
