Currently responsible for administrative tasks related to the orchestra’s operations. This includes managing schedules for orchestra/NSO staffing team, coordinating with guest artists ensuring best in class artist care on the ground, liaising with international conductors and artists through their various agents, collecting various marketing assets for printed programmes/digital media, finalising/drafting contracts, overseeing paperwork for processing of Artist/concertante fees, overseeing touring activities, liaising with backstage colleagues on specific concert requirements/rehearsal schedules, organising concert-related events such as signings/meet and greet, managing broadcast performances, coordinating and safeguarding our video archive including the creation of keynote files and fulfilling other duties as needed within the NSO staffing team.
