In this position I taught full lesson plans to classes with up to 25 students in grades K-12. I implemented regular teacher’s routines, procedures, and curriculum objectives. I also assisted students with behavioral issues, special needs, and learning disabilities.

In this role I was the first person to interact with residents and guests. I managed the front desk and check in guests and packages. A huge part of this role was problem solving and referring residents to the proper departments, and inputting service requests.

I worked as a manager for a local start up shaved ice company. I helped to manage employees, find and book local events as well as communicate with event coordinators. Because this was a start up company I got a lot of hands on experience with creating documents and spreadsheets to help organize event and employee information.

In this role, I processing customer transactions, opened and closed personal and business accounts, and maintained customer accounts and information. Also, referring new products to customers were also a huge part of this role as well. Customer service and learning to build and maintain relationships with customers were essential skills used in this role.

Worked as a customer service representative. This role included taking inbound calls to assist customers with tickets, reservations, and any information about the Dallas Arboretum. This role also included reserving tickets for customers through an online data system, account maintenance, and referring customers to proper personnel.

In this role I was responsible for taking inbound calls while inputting and processing locate requests for customers. Essentially, customers would call in to locate their utility lines. As the employee, I would take their directions over the phone and mark the area on a map using a data input system. This request would later be processed to ensure that utility lines in that area would be marked accurately so that customers could safely proceed with their construction projects.
