• Provide advice, support, consultation and guidance, including application of HR policies and processes to employees. Navigate and assist in resolution of employee issues• Maintain ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations• Responsible for New Hire Orientation, and on-boarding, as well as exit interviews and off-boarding• Support the development and improvement of a robust orientation program for new hires• Ensure data integrity of all HR systems, including completing all system changes within the various HR systems (ex: ADP, SuccessFactors, and other HRIS systems utilized)• Ensuring timely response to inquiries and requests from employees and managers• Supporting change management related to the implementation of organizational effectiveness solutions, including, but not limited to Organizational Chart maintenance and distributions across all business unit functions, supporting communication and transparency initiatives• Possess a strong understanding of all business units supported by the HR Shared Service function while executing HR practices to support business unit needs• Work closely with cross functional teams, and partner with HR Manager in developing and implementing solutions• Collaborate with Immigration attorney on a variety of employment-based visa matters• Support the implementation of regional and global scale initiatives (i.e., annual performance review process, employee engagement survey, new programs/policies, etc.)• Ensuring proper maintenance of confidential employee information• Providing information and tools to support effective delivery of HR services and processes, including HR related systems• Support and ensure compliance with company policies
