People Operations (Hr) Coordinator
Current- Coordinate and manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and promote inclusion and engagement.
- Assist in the development and execution of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Conduct new employee orientations, process new hire documents, and I-9 verifications.
- Facilitate training sessions on HRIS and ATS use.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and personnel files.
