Current-Responsible of All V710 Lines Production Area and ALL PMT-Assembly layout studies in the new factory investment-Cycle Line Layout Readiness-Plan for every parts study on T&F line-Creating specifications for new equipments & tools. Assisting Equipment design and leading equipment installations in line with project timing-Main line invesment and installation-Main line skillet, hanger,carrier, fixture design control and final acceptance-Tooling and facilities readiness-Kitting Projects on assembly lines-Battery decking system installation-Assembly automation systems implementation-Production line fixture and tool design and final acceptance-Assembly line balancer, chain block ,grippers design and final acceptance-Assembly Line Articulating Arm design and final acceptance- Assembly Line Manipulator design and final acceptance- Production line industrial engineering studies-Assembly Simulation Project with WITNESS-Health chart readiness-Workstation readiness-PFMEA Readiness-Assessing ergomomics for new processes. Designing 100% ergonomical assembly lin-Analyzing assembly stations in terms of 'cycle time', Revising production line & processes to balance the work load and avoid 'bottle necks' in stations-Lean layout studies and increasing productivity with Lean Engineering-Assisting vehicle launch phase until mass production starts-Follow-up of concerns and aims processes during launch phases
