Serves as secretary to the president providing filing and clerical duties as needed.Maintain up-to date lists of all committeesMaintain a master file of Board of Directors and AR materials. This includes preparation of BOD and AR agendas , minutes, and material for all meetings.Answer incoming calls, answer routine questions and route other calls to appropriate staff.Handle the NEA and TEA Representative Assembly as relates to delegates, hotel,motel arrangements airline tickets, alternates, election, etc.Maintain accurate and appropriate membership files concerning all membersOperate all office machinery and printing pressMaintain a list of supplies to be ordered in a timely mannerPrepare bank deposits and reconcile bank accountsPrepare check request, routing for appropriate signatures and properly records all income and disbursementsMaintain proper files for all bookkeeping related recordsPrepare a monthly financial report for the BOD and AR;s in consulting with the treasurerKeep track and prepare payment for all routine association expensesCompiling all information needed by CPA's and working with CPA on Form 990Other duties as assigned by president and UniServGreet visitors to the office and direct them to appropriate person
