Currently I am focusing on "Colorful Communications," which helps employees serving customers (both external and internal) to understand how people communicate. This dramatically increases the positive effectiveness of solving problems, selling products/services and better handling confrontational people. It also is a great team motivation course for employees who have experienced a stressful time over the past two years due to lockdowns and being short staffed! Guaranteed to be a fun, learning experience whether it be Red, Green, Brown or Blue!Using client focused strategies to determine genuine needs of organizations and their people. A consultative and influential approach combined with research and effective communication allows me a better understanding of clients' needs to deliver solutions. My colleagues and customers describe me as engaging, trustworthy and truly interested in making a difference. Personally I have experienced human behavior modifications through leadership training and development and have seen the incredible results that follow. My passion is to help others accomplish the same!
