Experienced IT Professional with a history of working in the transportation, logistics and supply chain industry. Strong IT professional skilled in Operations Management, Transportation Management, Transportation, and Supply Chain Management. I’m currently responsible for technology supporting our subsidiaries in the Truckload and Less Than Truckload businesses. My responsibilities include strategy, execution and return on investment of operational, visibility and customer engagement systems. I drive solutions that ensure alignment with both long term business and technology strategies. With my 29 years of IT experience, I’ve worked with many types of technology projects from hardware development to proprietary software to commercial software integrations. I truly believe a successful solution is built by collaboration between diverse perspectives. The team is the key to success. Team building is at the core of innovative ideas that drive results. My team building style stems from my outside interests in art and travel. They teach me different perspectives which I apply to my philosophy. With art, I find many ways to express a thought which can be applied to software and system solutions. It is like an empty canvas that can be shaped in different ways. With travel, I meet many different people with different perspectives all shaped by their upbringing, culture, environment, financial background and education. As I continue to learn through my interests, I bring that creativity and understanding of diversity to my management style.
