At the forefront of molecular innovation, I manage the Molecule Maker Lab Institute, an NSF-funded AI institute focusing on integrating AI and machine learning for molecular discovery, synthetic strategy, and manufacturing. My leadership role encompasses strategic planning and coordination, ensuring our research aligns with national scientific objectives.My recent role as a Research Data Manager honed my data compliance and management skills, where I led the design and implementation of the RIPE research database at the University of Illinois. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we fostered a culture of data excellence, substantially elevating research efficiency and data accessibility. I am also a molecular biologist and plant physiologist with experience working with both algae and higher plants.
