I lead a team of 10+ in developing and delivering projects and services of high standard in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and provide leadership, guidance, coaching and support to ensure continuous improvement and business growth. Our projects are aimed at young people, communities and sector professionals. I have worked directly with the UK Government, Welsh Government, National Lottery, Money and Pensions Service, Cardiff Council etc to manage and deliver mid to large scale projects. Key responsibilities: - Oversight of and strategic input to projects.- Promote effective individual and team performance.- Leadership and organisational development. - Build skills and capacity within the team to support individual and organisational growth.- Develop, nurture and inspire the team, supporting line managers with the hiring and onboarding of new recruits.- Enable the recruitment of the best possible people, with the same values and commitment to the organisation.- Lead on staff wellness initiatives for the team.
