Currently, I serve as the Customer Liaison Manager for Premiere Services, where we assist major carriers with theft and vandalism claims related to wheels and tires, catalytic converter losses, and mobile electronics. I lead a team of claims support specialists focused on efficiency and productivity, ensuring all claims are processed within the expected cycle time.My experience as an examiner and casualty adjuster has equipped me to handle extensive property damage investigations for commercial policies, including collisions, theft, vandalism, and fire losses for dealerships and fleets, such as semi-trucks and charter buses. I’ve conducted liability investigations and determined appropriate charges for collision losses. For bodily injury claims, I’ve reviewed all relevant details and negotiated settlements with both attorneys and unrepresented claimants, in addition to managing homeowners and commercial property losses.Beyond my claims career, I advocate for health and wellness as a personal trainer and skin therapist, emphasizing holistic self-care. I actively engage with youth and women in my community and have been a speaker at events such as the Adelante Mujer Latina conferences.
