Responsible for all activities related to conceptualizing and implementing market strategy and achieving marketing targets. Communicated with all forms of media to promote Scale Aero‐Modelling in the Northwest United States. Worked with the Director, Vice Director and Area Coordinators to define and implement media promotions with the Remote Control Airplane Clubs hosting the NorthWest Scale Championship yearly event. Contacted Scale Interest companies and worked with them in promoting their products and supporting the North West Scale Aero‐Modellers events/activities. Advised the Director, Vice Director and Area Coordinators of activities, and reported development updates in a timely manner. Provided reports for the NWSAM quarterly newsletter.Worked with local Chambers of Commerce to establish continuing relationships with the host cities and business communities. Developed participant welcome packages that showcased the local area, population, area attractions and business community. Researched and interviewed facilities as possible hosts for the annual banquet held during the NorthWest Scale Championship event. Negotiated pricing, menus and additional amenities required to produce a quality event on a restricted budget.Established ongoing relationships with TV and Print media organizations to promote the NorthWest Scale Championship event. Worked with the Director, Vice Director, and Area Coordinators to define media campaigns that would most effectively promote the organization and the yearly event.
