I thrive on learning and continuing my professional growth. In my 20 years of employment at the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis, I have been blessed with opportunities that have satisfied these desires with a carreer with an organization that alignes with my core values. In my current position as the Association Director of Operations combined with my past experience as a C-Level Executive Administrative Professional, I have the opportunity to personally engaged or have worked in the various department areas of the organization. This has allowed me to learn a "little bit about everything". It provided me enough exposure to be known as the the "go to" person in our organization for direction or assistance. Although I have a brief stint in the teaching field, I take every opportunity to utitlize my skills and passion by serving as a mentor to my collegues in areas that I can make a positive impact and contribute to the success among our staff and our organization. I am not only viewed as a team leader, but also a team player!I am an accomplished Executive Administrative Professional with over two decades of experience.
