Under my leadership, Dining out for Life, a signature event enjoyed the first ever media sponsorship, resulting in an increased profit, of $58K to $97K, and increase in restaurant participation from 40 to 51 from 2010. In addition, a newly implemented donor program was directly responsible for an increase in individual donations from $10K to $30K.

MainStreet Outfitters is an international company, with a global customer base. Under my leadership, Sales and Marketing efforts have increased rapidly to include expansion of our customer base to offer corporate and special event apparel in addition to our large line of team and sports uniforms. Led all efforts to develop business relationships and contacts with potential customers and channel partners. • Initiated long term partnership with the American Volleyball Coaches Association. Negotiated contract to become the official apparel provider and obtained exclusive rights to use official AVCA logo. • Increased sales revenues by 30% within first six months.

Kentucky Sports Authority is a division of the Tourism, Arts & Heritage Cabinet for the State of Kentucky.Led all efforts to actively pursue World, National, State and Local sporting events that have a direct impact on the Commonwealth. Attended National Sport travel conferences, representing over 20 communities in the State of Kentucky. Worked directly with National Governing Bodies and Event Rights Holder in creating partnerships with other Team KY members and cities. • Increased membership by 25%. • Created & negotiated multiple events that directly impact communities of all sizes.

Managed all aspects of event programming for over 100 events at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. These events included cultural festivals, electrifying concerts, eclectic art shows, and extensive children’s activities. Worked closely with all departments to collaborate resources for marketing and public relations as well as room reservation packages. Handled all aspects of selecting entertainment which included contract negotiations, arrangements for sound, stage and transportation of equipment.• Managed a budget of over $750,000.• Boosted annual sales to over $75,000 as well as generated over $50,000 in sponsorships as key contact for the “Army Strong” retention program. • Directed all aspects of the Sandestin Wine Festival. Produced event $15,000 under budget while grossing $20,000 over previous year’s sales figures. The event helped raise over $750,000 for the Sandestin Wine Charity Auction. This event is internationally renowned and hosts over 600 distributors for two days of wine tasting, seminars and entertainment.
