Responsible for post merger technology and how it enables the business for both the long and short term. This involves everything from daily operations to financial management and for both long and short term strategic planning. Primary interface with senior leadership in the business and IT in prioritization and recommendation of technology investment using sound, detailed analysis techniques.

Business Technology Leader and Individual Operations Leader – Dual role in leading Individual and Retirement Plans technology strategy and planning, while also leading various Individual Insurance Operations areas. Worked with senior management within Union Central to align technology strategies with business strategies during several different economic and company financial environments. Responsible for long term planning of technology, creating of technology strategy and technology related projects for Union Central. Budget, plan, and prioritize system work to maximize our resources while satisfying the business need. Responsible for New Business, Accounting controls, Administration and Billing divisions running those operations effectively and with a decreasing budget allotment.

Managed various projects on behalf of Digineer Consulting. Focused primarily in the Health care arena, most projects were around diagnostic systems for the hospital environment. Included all facets of project management, from initial sale and contract negotiation through implementation. In addition to typical project management responsibilities, additional tasks included technology consulting, client relationship management, resource and financial management and gross margin accountability

Led Technology teams in the IT as well as business operations divisions. Project Manager of start up of VUL business, Client Centered Service strategy, policy administration system implementation and agency administration system implementation.
