Owning my own business in real estate development and property management prepared me for my current role as a partner of Greystone Tactical. Striving to provide positive customer service experiences to my clients and residents and quality leadership to my team of employees always kept me aware of my impact on the world. These relationships continue to stay strong and I value each and every one of these individuals.Responsibilities included supervising construction, lease-up, stabilization, financing and permanent management of over 3500 multifamily housing units in the Oregon Willamette Valley. These included 15 apartment communities ranging from 40 to 300 units owned as an investment portfolio. Provided monthly accounting, cash disbursements and reserve and maintenance account data to investors. Upon completion of construction, conducted lease up operations that led to successful placement of permanent financing of over $200 million in financing with Freddie Mac for every one of the construction projects to date.

In addition to my main task of providing support to customers, I worked closely with the Development Team on testing the platform, provided support to the Sales Team and developed the Knowledge Base.

A strong desire to help others led to me becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. People need a strong support system with accountability when it comes to their wellness.
