In charge of all Human Resources processes including payroll, Monthly State Staffing Reports and training of new Human Resources assistants and director for the current staff.  Human Resources Assistant. Duties included helping the Director of Human Resources with processing of payroll and monthly staffing reports. Currently in charge of the hiring, background checks, e-verify, Sanction checks, I-9 documents, onboarding and orientation of new staff. Staffing Coordinator. Duties include the scheduling of staff for Assisted Living Attendance system and Daily HPPD reports along with entering PTO, sick time, cash-outs and time adjustments.

 Coordinate continuous order plans for numerous clients including invoicing and payment of funds. Provide in-house support for several sales representatives. Management of multiple databases including Trilogy Enterprise, Goldmine and Access. Create and coordinate files for uploading to company website.

 Receiving customer payments and making bank deposits. Typing and filing of policy forms. Answered phones.
