Leadour branch employees in Cross selling our products. and Keep track of Branch production. Help with members complaints, help otheremployees with questions and needs.

Manager, main responsibility was maintaining and operating the entire Flexonics Credit Union Office. Additional responsibilities included: all member services duties, including cash/checks deposits, and making deposit to the local bank for credit union account, loan payments. Financial service duties, and all aspects of loan processing, gathering all loan information from the members, underwriting the loans and closing loans. Prepared financial statements for monthly meetings. Also headed up all audits with the Department of Financial Institution and The NCUA. I worked very close with the credit unions Board of Directors to maintain Federal regulations. Oversaw the installation of many new products for the members. Other responsibilities included working on general ledgers accounts, Month end and Quarter end closings, reconciliation of General ledger accounts, and Bank Statements. Employee Payroll and Payroll Taxes including filing forms with the IRS. Accounts Payable and Receivables for the Credit Union.
