As an accomplished leader in quality improvement, privacy, and compliance, I bring a robust background in enhancing organizational performance and ensuring regulatory adherence. With a Master of Public Administration from the University of Nebraska Omaha and extensive experience across various roles, I am adept at driving systemic change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Currently serving as the Director of Quality Improvement, Privacy, and Compliance Officer at Heartland Family Service, I lead efforts to collect, analyze, and report on key performance metrics while ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external regulations. My role involves coordinating quality improvement initiatives, overseeing privacy policy development, and addressing ethics concerns, all while being an integral member of the agency’s Leadership Team.My career focused on risk and patient safety management at Catholic Health Initiatives, where I honed my skills in compliance and incident investigation. Prior to that, I held the position of Quality and Compliance Director at Uta Halee Girls Village, where I supervised critical departments and managed compliance with performance standards.In addition to my professional experience, I have engaged in various board roles and trainings, including leadership in the Nebraska Association for Homes and Services for Children and participation in the Change Leader Academy (NIATx) and Council of Accreditation training. These experiences have further shaped my approach to effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and motivational leadership.I am passionate about leveraging my skills to drive positive outcomes and contribute to the success of organizations dedicated to impactful missions.
