I'm a Mathematics student at California Polytechnic State University, with minors in Child Development and Equity in Education. My love for learning has contributed to my plans to educate the young people of our world. With hopes to expand critical thinking skills, problem solving, and leadership skills within students. Currently, I'm in multiple committees on my university campus, connecting students with academic/career resources and developing a diverse and inclusive environment to allow for more student engagement, along with working with local high school youth to increase subject competence in STEM subjects and aiding their path to high education.
