- Manage the credit process of an asset based finance portfolion in the amount of approximately $500 million, including loan approval to new and existing borrowers as well as credit review.- Approve waivers/forbearance of past due financial reports, covenant violations and modifications to existing loans.- Perform periodic portfolio reviews, monitor credit portfolios and asset quality trends.- Assist with the update and maintenance of the monitoring framework.- Work with credit governance to administer, oversee and provide guidance for financial spreading tools used for credit analysis- Provide ovesight and guidance to ensure ongoing compliance with bank policies, standards, programs and procedures.

- Develop, structure, analyze, covenant, document, fund and close asset based revolving senior credit facilities of $15 million or higher.- Borrowers were primarily middle market or large corporate entities in various industries.- The largest credit facility underwritten as an administrative agent was a $1.6 billion ABL senior secured revolving facility.
