Responsible for the Talent Acquisition Department which includes a team of Specialists.

Responsibilities Include: Lead multiple retail locations in maximizing financial results, store appearance, customer experience and associate satisfaction. Motivate, mentor and guide Retail Operations Managers (ROMs) to develop in-store talent. Ensure district wide consistency in operations.

Contribute to the mission of Goodwill by profitably managing a Goodwill retail store, donation site and in-store production facility. Maintain high standards and motivate the staff to maximize performance to achieve store goals. Maximize community relations, customer and associate satisfaction, store appearance, and financial results, Meet store goals; identify work to be done; prioritize and delegate to reach performance goals. Identify, develop and retain high potential associates. Performance management as appropriate. Ensure an effective learning environment by utilizing Individual and Organizational Development Plans, Performance Improvement Plans, and Donated Goods Retail classes. Maximize the value of donated goods. Ensure donations are received and processed quickly and efficiently. Monitor inventory levels, production, and donation volume to drive retail sales. Adhere to and help develop Goodwill operational standards. Utilize management information tools such as Daily Sales, Production Report, Sales by Commodity, round-up, Monthly Variance and Expense Reports to determine store activity.
