DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• As Director of Marketing, I was office manager of sales and marketing staff,• Oversee setting of realistic appointments for office sales team,• Assign sales appointments in an equitable manner,• Consult with prospects,• Determine customer budget and willingness to move forward,• Develop excitement and interest in property through community outreach,• Make individual and group presentations,• Oversee office and manage office staff,• Prepare office budget,• Prepare office forecast, • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends,• Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results,• Encourage and make it possible for employees to succeed,• Develop, plan, organize and implement group activities and events, including monthly seminars, • Generate interest in planned activities,• Prepare Power Point presentation and be the main speaker at luncheon seminars (average attendance 75 – 100),• Achieve personal sales objectives,• Achieve sales office objectives,• Negotiate sales, • Prepare closing documents, • Close sales.
