I am one of the instructors for our early intervention specialist program as well as perform rollouts when our new employees start on site. I teach OSHA guidelines to our new hires while I am on site as well as during our two-day virtual onboarding process. I am the lead QA specialist to ensure that we are remaining compliant with OSHA first aid guidelines. I communicate daily with members of our leadership team to ensure that our employees are meeting/exceeding goals for our clients. If an employee falls short of our expectations, I provide one on one training to assist in meeting the individual needs of our clients.

Provided early intervention, first aid according to OSHA guidelines, ergonomic evaluations, job analysis, risk analysis, work transition, and post offer testing on-site at a food manufacturing plant in PA. Communication between safety, supervisors and the workers compensation liaison are key in preventing injuries due to safety hazards, poor posture/body mechanics and ergonomic concerns.

Director of a work conditioning program for injured workers. Clients attended the program five days a week, four hours per day in preparation for return to work. Daily communication with physicians, nurse case managers and adjustors were necessary for the best outcomes of the patients' workers compensation cases. Performed functional capacity evaluations to ensure workers could return to work as well as strength and flexibility assessments for local industries.
