I manage and compile weekly and monthly reports, this consists of vetting weekly reports to confirm if a service case that was logged if valid, correct and approved within the product benefit criteria.I am responsible for completing client Utilization reports on a monthly and Ad HOC request basis. These reports provided comprehensive information to the Corporate client on services rendered by the Emergency Call center, amount of incidents logged during the reporting month and client satisfactory information regarding the service rendered. I manage, escalate, follow up and provide feedback to Management on Daily SLA stats.I am also very flexible to assist is the department with complaints investigations, monitoring of Live cases, and client validation requests.
