As Office Manager, I’ve been ensuring smooth paperwork processing and maintaining excellent working relationships with stakeholders. From handling invoices to agreements, and dealing with suppliers and subcontractors, my work increases efficiency across key processes and people. Interacting with a variety of people at TCC, I swiftly resolve any issues with pricing, quality and service. My superb research skills allows the company to use information from old projects that are helpful in new ventures.In late 2016 I worked with the President to identify, coordinate, and physically and digitally move the company to a new 2400sf office space 30 miles north of the original location, then expanded the office within 12 months.My various duties result in efficient processes and happy clients. This reliable operational support helps TCC’s senior management lead and grow the company. My role also provides technical support to 30+ employees and contractors.

Took care of all corporate paperwork including agreements, purchase orders and warranty manuals. The other side of my role was forging excellent working relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.From soliciting new subcontractors and suppliers to enabling smooth correspondence, I handled key aspects of a project’s lifecycle. This included resolving price, quality and service issues.Through different kinds of analysis, I ensured accuracy for subcontractor and supplier bids, and for accounting reports. I also contributed to the company’s branding by creating and updating compelling marketing collateral.

Ensured smooth project flow through proper maintenance of correspondence, files, and order supplies and materials. I also prepared monthly billing and semi-monthly project payroll. My work helped the company’s Project Manager and Project Superintendent complete projects on time and within budget.
