Construction Project Manager
Current- Manage multiple hotel renovations simultaneously.
- Responsible for the management of superintendents, sub- contractors, tradesmen and laborers in the execution of projects from conception to completion which includes designing, estimating and material acquisition.
- Act as a communication liaison between Triple Crown, the client and sub-contractors.
- Manage strict timelines and schedule to facilitate meeting daily and weekly goals. Oversee daily and weekly plans of action.
- Create all change orders, ordering and invoice review as it relates to specific job. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to workers, suppliers and subcontractors, representing the owner or developer.
- Prepare and submit budget estimates, RFQ’s, progress and cost tracking reports.
