Project Co-ordinator• Once segment of network is released to be installed, download relevant information from NEC remedy, ensuring all drawings, link schedules and backhaul IP address were present• Segment could contain 10 links – prepare each pack which will include, link schedule, schematic, drawings, line of site documents, legal documents and IP address details. • Using in Remedy, site finder, ADC build, determine who site provider / owner is. • Request access, depending on Site provider, this could include using Arqiva portal, WIG portal, Vodofone Aswallo forms, Surf Telecoms forms, Orange request forms. It could also be phoning site provider, i.e, farmer, building supervisor or company. • Complete Risk and Method Statements for each job. • Liaise with companies supplying jacking ladders and cherry pickers – and ordering where necessary.• Checking drawings against link schedules for heights, bearings and dish size. If discrepancies, contacting NEC for verification. • Running the day to day issues with engineers on site, this could include rearranging access – reapplying or changing permits with site providers. Sending out any documentation they require. • Update tracker with the day’s activities, showing which installs have been completed, which haven’t and noting reason why. This helps with re-visit so we are aware if any equipment is needed or if there were access issues or problems on the site.• Raise PO’s where necessary• Keep all trackers up to date – access tracker, PO tracker and Engineers day to day running. • Assist with scheduling
