Monitor and evaluate the services provided through the plan.•Coordinate and support the implementation of the Consumers plan which may include identifying natural supports and generic services and evaluating when a need exists that can only be met through RCEB authorized funding.•Assist the consumer and family in obtaining essential diagnosis and evaluation from appropriate practitioners and secure written reports and other information which assesses and interprets the consumer’s situation.•Monitor the consumer’s health and safety.•Maintain all documentation and contacts as required by law, regulation and policy.•Implement RCEB policies and procedures.•Complete functional and/or developmental reviews.

    Cape History: In 1962, three years before the National Head Start Program was conceived, local nursery school teachers and community leaders started the Nursery School Scholarship Fund (NSSF) to pay the tuition of children from low-income families, allowing them to attend local, private preschools.
