As a Registry Officer at the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), I perform administrative support for the Refugee Protection Division (RPD), ensuring the fair and efficient processing of refugee claims. I manage cases, files, and applications according to applicable legislation, rules, and procedures, and assist Board Members with their action requests.I hold a Bachelor of Public Affairs and Policy Management from Carleton University, with a focus on Development Studies. I have a strong interest in international development and refugee resettlement, and I have developed skills in policy analysis, research, and communication. I received the Chairperson's Award for Fostering a Healthy, Diverse, Inclusive, and Respectful Workplace, and was on the Dean's Honour List for academic excellence.
