I'm excited to be joining an amazing leadership team at the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation as a Vice President of the West Region. Responsible for oversight and support of west area chapters as we work together to drive chapter and organizational success to benefit the estimated 3 million people living with the disease.

Built and led all revenue generation including corporate, individual, events and grants. Built a strong team. Supervised finance, marketing and operations during much of my tenure. Proud to have raised over $25 million for this amazing and life-changing organization while I was there.

Senior executive leader for 1/5 of the entire organization. Supervised CEO's in 9 major markets accounting for $42M in combined annual revenue, 200 full-time staff, 250 leadership volunteers serving 80,000 people living with MS. Reduced expenses by $850k, increased mission-delivery and developed centralized solutions and enhanced communications.

Provided long-term interim leadership to organization's largest and most critical markets including Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco. Right-sized budgets and staff during economic downturn, including reduction of $2M in expenses while protecting essential services and providing a foundation for future growth. Maintained and developed important local donor relationships, implemented management course corrections and recruited/onboarded new CEO's.

Successfully developed and led the launch of University's first comprehensive campaign, that raised $500M over seven years. Developed strategic plan; campaign timeline and analytics. Worked with leadership volunteers and staff to developing and implementing key strategies.

Over this six year span I held several titles including Manager, Director and AVP, Field Operations Fund Development, with progressive responsibility for revenue growth in every market across the country resulting in $40M revenue growth overall.
