I am a human-centred designer and strategist working with organisations to explore, shape, define and bring to life their customer-centric purpose and strategy.Over the last 10+ years, I have worked with clients across industries such as Government (Federal, State, Local), Life Insurance, Financial Services, Utilities and Healthcare. Most recently, I helped set the foundations for The Australian Digital Health Agency (ADHA) to establish their Design Practice, and in the design of the ADHA’s integrated Australian healthcare system to deliver high-value digital experiences that meet the needs of Australian health practitioners and the Australian public. I also worked with a 115-year-old Not-For-Profit to differentiate in the design of its early education and children’s services, both of which projects were awarded Good Design Awards in 2022. At the heart of my work is the belief that design has the power to create enduring impact in the creation of meaningful experiences that matter.
