Hi! I am a design practitioner specialising in holistic, people-focused strategy, experience and digital design.I have had the privilege to lead significant design projects that cover the breadth of design disciplines - from strategy to digital implementation - across industries such as Financial Services, Federal and State Governments, Life Insurance and Healthcare.Some of my highlights include working with leading beverage company, Lion, in the design of an industry-first digital experience, backed with business model processes that support it - work that was recognised by a Good Design Australia in 2022. I’ve also supported the Department of Defence for over 12+ months on their large-scale Human-Centred Digital Design Transformation Program, transforming how services are delivered within Defence.I love the power of visualisation in listening to, engaging and co-creating with clients, as well as facilitating creative thinking and storytelling. I see visualisation as a tool for whole-of-design practice: a way to break down problems, understand points of view, generate ideas, tell stories and drive behaviour change.
