• Ensure collection of $380,000 payments and record transactions.• Schedule and prepare disbursements of $230,000 by verifying statements and transaction information.• Generate, archive, and input 360+ AP and AR invoices and consolidate account statements in Microsoft Dynamics GP.• Perform cash reconciliation of stores’ daily sales reports of $45,000+ and investigate any irregularities and cash discrepancies.• Assist with credit card settlements and bank reconciliation of $270,000 from store deposits, ensure the transactions are recorded into the appropriate account in Microsoft Dynamics GP.

• Translation of different documents (Sulzer Pump and Toshiba Variator Manuals) necessary for the development of the manual of operations of the project that consisted in the construction, assembly and start-up of two pumping units to replace three existing units at the Ecopetrol SA refinery located in Barrancabermeja, Colombia. • Work along with the Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and Start-up team of the project by controlling and monitoring the certification progress of the pumping units and their systems (mechanical, piping, electricity, instrumentation, and construction).• Weekly status report that contains updates of tests completed, pending work, and milestone analysis. • Create physical and digital records of all tests performed so they could be consulted at any time by the client and contractor.

• Maintain communication and organize meetings with beneficiary clients affiliated to the Technological Balance Project by ACOPI.• Generate material for data collection.• Support the project coordinator with the maintenance and update of technical files for the project. • Identify needs and propose innovative viable initiatives in small and medium-sized companies from the Graphic Art Sector in order to promote their development and strengthen their productivity and competitiveness.• Generate deliverables to beneficiary clients.
