I have been a Florida resident since 1978 and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 1981. My experience is extensive in selling both new and resale homes and as a corporate relocation specialist. In the past thirty five+ years, I have sold over a thousand homes with an average sales volume of $6 - $8 million per year and a portion of the proceeds of each sale is donated to Habitat For Humanity.
