After my very crucial morning coffee, I get up each day with a drive to support my colleagues to achieve their full potential by being their best authentic selves, both personally and professionally.From working in various roles in stores to country strategy and leadership roles, I’ve grown my skills in people development, on-boarding and program management. My time working in a strong global retail brand at country levels, in Canada and in Indonesia, gave me the opportunity to be a part of achieving ambitious expansion goals along with designing systems for developing people and business.I thrive in fast-paced organizations that make the world a better place, celebrates their people and drives success through inspiration. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring the Toronto food scene, trying to re-create my family’s favourite recipes or desperately keeping my new plant babies alive (green thumb development currently in progress!).
