Such as facilitating training, engaging volunteer faculties, partners and stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration, mentorship linkages etc.-Supporting the curriculum design process to include updated and relevant topics for Nigerian startups.-Supporting monitoring and evaluation processes to improve programme delivery and entrepreneurs experience.-I manage the Orange Corners Nigeria Student Ambassadors programme. Design initiatives to promote enterprise development within Tertiary institutions. Coordinate events and manage the volunteer community.-Support Alumni engagement activities.

Awesome Treasures Foundation founded in 1999, is a Faith-based non-governmental organization recognized by the UN. We have a vision to raise 1000 Leaders by 2030 and do so through various Leadership Programmes modelled to cater to Women, Youths and Children.Awesome Treasures Foundation is currently present in Nigeria, Ghana, USA and the UK. In 20 years we have transformed over 100,000 people in various sectors across the globe. My key responsibilities included;-Office management and administrative duties such as budgeting, cashflow management and programme coordination.-Curriculum development and implementation of the Awesome Treasures Summer Camp for Children in poor communities.-Successfully implemented All(Awesome Leading Ladies) Programmes in Lagos and Abuja-Engaged with partners in Nigeria, Ghana, UK and USA on programme implementation in host countries and fundraising.-Managed the foundation's volunteer community.-Monitored and evaluated programme success.-Developed storytelling strategies for documentary production for both the Awesome Summer Camp and Teenage girl empowerment programmes. -Managed online and offline promotion of events.

Under the leadership of the founder, there are opportunities in these areas with the goal of empowering the Nigerian Youth. My key responsibilities included:-Planning and implementing Leadership and Entrepreneurship Seminars in Secondary schools. We held seminars in all Secondary Schools in District 3, Eti-Osa Local Government Area.-Planning and implementing vocations skills for Youths and women in Eti-Osa Local Government.-Stakeholders engagement and management-Implemented medical outreach programmes within communities in Eti-Osa Local Government Lagos.
