• Analyze financial data to generate and interpret financial records and statements for management and investors• Keep financial records and use manual and computer billing systems to create, maintain and balance multiple accounts by verifying, allocating, posting transactions and reconciling entries for over 20 stores across Canada• Assist with internal and external audit

• Maintain records of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization• Full-cycle Accounting

• Full-cycle accounting: post journal entries and maintain general ledgers for multiple companies, prepare monthly financial statements to the board of directors• Work closely with program and project managers to develop company’s budget analysis report• Calculate and process payroll, maintain and manage the payroll system.

• Responsible for reaching out to customers to collect payment and respond to customer inquiries• Accurately recording journal entries in the appropriate general ledger accounts• Assist with month-end, ledger reports, also perform other financial support functions as assigned from time to time
